In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical expertise to drive project success. As a Senior Scheduling Expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively will be essential in this role.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential schedule risks, and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges. Your experience with Primavera P6 and other project management tools will be valuable assets in this position. Additionally, your ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules, including resource loading and earned value management
* Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks, and develop corrective action plans
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
* Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance schedule management efficiency

Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor's degree OR 10 years of experience in project controls scheduling. Prior experience with Primavera P6 and other project management tools is highly desirable. Additionally, you must be willing and able to travel within the US Gulf Coast Region to support business needs.
