KIPP Massachusetts Public Charter Schools is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Pathways Development Specialist to join our KIPP Forward team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the post-secondary persistence of our alumni by providing individual and group advising, as well as developing and implementing programming to drive post-secondary persistence factors.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of professional experience working with youth from diverse populations, underserved urban communities, and/or first-generation college students in educational and/or non-profit youth development programs. They will possess outstanding project management skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A sense of humor and a humble/growth mindset are essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.   • Persistently advise a subset of alumni to support key persistence factors, including navigating a college campus, financial aid, socio-emotional support, academic and career goals, and short-term and long-term goals. ">
  • Work collaboratively with members of the KIPP Forward team to execute programming and initiatives to support persistence pathways, career development, and social/emotional learning. ">
  • Participate in regional professional development and community events as required, utilizing self-awareness, flexibility, and emotional intelligence to navigate a setting with diverse needs. ">
  • Maintain accurate data management, tracking student caseloads, and leveraging insights to intervene effectively. ">
  • Develop and implement workshop content and facilitation for current students and alumni, synthesizing data metrics from mass messaging platforms to inform strategies. ">
