About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Production Technician - Aluminum at Aluminum Recovery Technologies.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great company in Kendallville, IN. The successful candidate will have a solid background in industrial mechanical knowledge and stick welding, as well as excellent time management skills.

In return, we offer a rewarding salary package, including:

$52,000 per year

in addition to other incentives such as paid lunches and a bonus scheme.

The ideal candidate will be able to complete work orders efficiently, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out assigned tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintaining equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Industrial mechanical knowledge: 2 years (Required).
  • Stick welding: 2 years (Required).
  • Maintenance experience.
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
