Patient Registrar PRN Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Registrar PRN to join our team. As a Patient Registrar, you will be responsible for timely and accurate patient registration, interviewing patients for all pertinent account information, and verifying insurance coverage.
Responsibilities- Interview patients at workstation or at bedside to obtain all necessary account information.
- Provide exemplary customer service to patients and their families.
- Ensure charts are completed and accurate.
- Verify all insurance and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
- Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
- Process patient charts according to paperwork flow needs and established productivity standards.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
