As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities in the Charlton, MA area. This role requires you to be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans, tracking the wellbeing of residents, and monitoring their vital signs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
  • Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects
  • Review residents' charts and medical records
  • Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
  • Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
  • Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
