Warehouse Custodian

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Custodian to join our team at Cardinal Staffing Services, Inc. in Bowling Green, OH.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive compensation ($16) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including taking out the trash, tidying, and wiping surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, as well as clean bathroom facilities.
• Restock necessary items, such as soap and paper products.
• Provide general outdoor services and maintenance, including watering plants and mowing the lawn.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and appliances safely and effectively.
• Lockdown facilities at the end of the day, including locking doors and setting the alarm.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or similar role is a plus.
• Working knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.
• Understanding of safety protocols, including disposal of chemicals and hazardous items.
• Comfortable with basic landscaping and maintenance tasks.
• Detail-oriented and conscientious.
• Able to work 8 hours on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs.
