Key Responsibilities
  • Resolving complex escalated issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing and collection of payments due to the company, including banking deposits.
  • Maintaining complete and organized client files, making recommendations to improve invoicing and collection procedures.
  • Monitoring invoice processing and ensuring timely payments.
  • Reviewing client documentation to ensure proper accounting systems and compliance with procedures.
  • Providing recordkeeping for tax preparation and audits.
  • Training and assisting Accounts Receivable/Payable team members.
  • Maintaining data tracking and source document receipt processes.
  • Reporting on changes in payment standards.
  • Preparing source documents, interpreting data, and performing necessary coding.
  • Contacting preparers of source documents to resolve questions or inconsistencies.
  • Performing data entry in the Accounts Payable/Account Receivable System.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
  • High School diploma or GED.
