Mathematics Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our team at King George Co School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing instructional programs that meet the needs, interests, and abilities of students in grades 6-8.

• Develop and implement lesson plans and assessments to effectively meet student needs
• Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment
• Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure student success
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and support staff to achieve academic goals
• Monitor and assess student progress to inform instruction

• Virginia licensure in Middle School Mathematics or Mathematics 6-12
• Knowledge of best instructional practices for special education
• Ability to integrate technology into the classroom
