Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Walnut Creek Country Club. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Members and guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all necessary items are in place.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to exacting standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to Member and guest needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, adhering to ClubCorp standards of service.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our menu, including daily features and specials.
  • Accurately execute Member and guest orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Participate in daily line-ups and attend Service Training Meetings as requested.
  • Adhere to all ClubCorp policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred.
  • Alcohol and food safety awareness certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
  • Ability to follow instructions well.
