Dialysis Technician

DaVita is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

• Provide direct patient care, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment experience.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Build long-term relationships with patients, educating them on kidney dialysis-related topics and promoting independence.
• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work long hours, including 12-hour shifts, on your feet, and in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
