Key Responsibilities

  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and removing marks from walls and furnishings.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor care machines.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, including reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior housekeeping experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take direction is essential.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods across an entire work shift.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
