We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage asphalt repair and sealcoating projects in North Carolina. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the asphalt repair crews, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage asphalt repair and sealcoating projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
-Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the asphalt repair crews, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
-Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards, including adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in asphalt maintenance, road repair, or sealcoating, with a proven track record of success in field and team leadership.
-Strong knowledge of asphalt repair and sealcoating materials, equipment, and construction techniques, including the ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
