Family Medicine/GME Leadership Opportunity

CHSPSC, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Medicine Physician to serve as the Director of our upcoming Family Medicine Residency Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our residency program, ensuring its success and growth.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our Family Medicine Residency Program, aligning with the goals and objectives of CHSPSC, LLC.
- Collaborate with our medical staff, hospital administration, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of the residency program into our existing healthcare system.
- Recruit and manage a team of experienced physicians and educators to support the residency program.
- Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures for the residency program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Represent CHSPSC, LLC. at national and local medical education conferences, promoting our residency program and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Florida
- At least 5 years of experience in Family Medicine, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of success in program development and implementation
