Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Nurse Specialist will work closely with our ICU team to provide high-quality patient care and support our patients and their families during their hospital stay. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in critical care nursing.

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Monitor patients' condition and respond quickly to changes or emergencies
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs to enhance patient outcomes and staff knowledge

Requirements:
* BSN preferred
* Minimum 2 years experience in ICU setting
* Current RN licensure and ACLS certification required
* NICU Level IV experience and well-baby experience required
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull equipment as needed
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary and Benefits:
* Estimated salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year
