Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Apprentice Electrician to join our team at One Elite Staffing. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist experienced electricians in reading and interpreting electrical code specifications, drawings, and schematics to execute commercial electrical equipment installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced electricians in executing electrical installations and repairs.
  • Read and interpret electrical code specifications, drawings, and schematics.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and testing of electrical systems.
  • Examine electrical units for loose connections and broken insulation.
  • Update work logs and maintain records of electrical system maintenance.
  • Test electrical and equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
  • Replace defective or worn parts and reassemble equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial equipment and connected devices.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be a first, second, third-, or fourth-year apprentice electrician.
  • Must have an electrician apprentice license.
  • Must have a valid Texas driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good physical condition and dexterity.
  • Ability to differentiate between different colors to manage color coding wiring.
