Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage residents to participate in daily activities, promoting their overall health and wellness.
  • Act as a positive teammate, supporting fellow employees and helping to onboard new team members.
  • Carry out activities tailored to residents' backgrounds, concerns, needs, and interests.
  • Recruit, organize, and train volunteers to expand and supplement our activity program.
  • Involves resident families, the community, and volunteers in activities to increase resident participation.
