This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned System Engineer to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and implement complex cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with a focus on cloud computing and cybersecurity. They will be responsible for provisioning and managing Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage accounts, network security groups, and custom roles/permissions.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be expected to maintain current knowledge of rapidly changing technology and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure">">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field">">
  • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on cloud computing and cybersecurity">">
  • Must possess the required DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification (Security+CE preferred)">">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment">">

Salary: $136,000 - $184,000 per year
