We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Program Aide/CNA to join our team at Suncoast PACE. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors with chronic health conditions.
As a Program Aide/CNA, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care and support to participants, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, current certification as a C.N.A in the State of Florida, and Home Health Aide certification. You must also have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
