Solution Architect

Intapp is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead the implementation of our latest products for our largest clients. As a key member of our Strategic Account Programs team, you will design and deliver solutions that empower clients to maximize their investment.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior business and technology leaders at law firms. You will work closely with our Professional Services and Product Management teams to ensure the success of Intapp implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive client solution strategies that align with business needs.
  • Direct project implementation teams in delivering Intapp solutions, including seamless integrations with client systems.
  • Collaborate with resources from the project implementation team to convert customer requirements into a comprehensive solution design.
  • Conduct analysis of client requirements and offer recommendations for implementation.
  • Guarantee smooth integration with client architecture leads.
  • Facilitate workshops to examine business processes and define modified or new business processes.
  • Provide education to clients and potential clients on industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Services Sales team to articulate the advantages of our implementation approach.
Qualifications:
  • Technical degree: BS or MS
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role
  • Product development/software engineering experience desirable
  • 5+ years of experience in the legal sector is desirable
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Education and/or experience with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users
  • Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design, and/or change management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
