Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Provider to join our team at Denver Health. As a key member of our care team, you will provide integrated behavioral health services to patients in various settings, including Ambulatory Care Services clinics and school-based centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to referred individuals, including short-term evidence-based interventions, support services, and collaboration with other teams as needed.
  • Conduct brief diagnostic screening of patients using evidence-based assessments and screening tools.
  • Provide health behavior change interventions using Motivational Interviewing.
  • Consult with providers as part of the interdisciplinary team and generate recommendations, referrals, and case management as needed.
  • Conduct safety and risk assessments as needed.
  • Generate documentation of assessment and intervention in the medical record in a timely manner.
  • Provide education, treatment, and referrals to family members as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from a certified Master's program in psychology, counseling, social work, or other related human services degree.
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience post-master's degree.
  • LPC or LCSW licensure.
  • BLS certification.
