**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Railcar Technician to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing railcars for loading new automobiles.

**Estimated Salary:** $19.00 per hour (may vary based on location)

**Responsibilities:**
  • Inspect and prepare railcars for loading by inspecting tie-down devices, doors, decks, grates, door edge protection, and side panels
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following AAR rules and guidelines, as well as adhering to safety protocols
  • Perform repairs and maintenance using hand tools, wrenches, hammers, and grease guns
  • Collaborate with customers and contractors to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements:**

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Successful completion of background check (post-offer)
