Job Title: President/CEO

Indian Pueblo Cultural Center seeks a visionary leader to serve as its President/CEO. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of New Mexico's Pueblo Indians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan to advance its mission and objectives, driving revenue growth, profitability, and business operations.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the organization's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Represent the organization to stakeholders, including customers, partners, regulatory bodies, and the community.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Seven years of senior executive experience leading successful business operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and communication skills.
