Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at The Lovesac Company. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, demonstrating all products, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the entire product line.
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates, and maintain inventory integrity and accuracy.
  • Partner with store management to ensure that all customer service issues are resolved and enhance all aspects of customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and creates solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect.
