About the Job

At Quality Talent Group, we're seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team at Crash Champions. As a leading provider of high-quality collision repair services, we're committed to delivering exceptional results and building trust with our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Examine damaged vehicles and develop efficient repair plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
  • Make informed decisions regarding repair vs. replacement, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
  • Remove and replace vehicle components, including upholstery, accessories, and electrical systems.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Direct the work of apprentices and provide guidance on complex tasks.
Qualifications
  • Ability to operate a frame machine.
  • Certification in body repair is preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer-specific requirements.
  • I-CAR welding certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to supervise repair personnel and ensure high-quality results.
