Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As an ER RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting and will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and cultural background.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and that patients are informed and involved in their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Active NM/COMPACT State Registered Nurse License.
  • BLS, ACLS, CPI, and PALS certifications. TNCC is preferred.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Additional certifications may be required.
