Job Summary:


This role is intended for current students. The position involves collaboration with a local organization to support educational programs.

A Capstone Team Member collaborates with the Capstone Team Lead to facilitate the execution of educational program simulation days, ensuring all participants receive a meaningful experience while adhering to established safety protocols and providing operational assistance.

The role requires supporting the daily functions of educational simulations on a part-time basis, with a minimum commitment of two days per week. Work hours may vary based on school schedules but typically fall within standard school hours.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Team Leads to guide daily simulations for students, overseeing multiple interactive stations.

• Adhere to morning setup and afternoon cleanup procedures.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to students, volunteers, and educators.

• Assist with the arrival and departure logistics of students.

• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.

• Punctually follow an assigned work schedule.

• Dress in accordance with organizational guidelines.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Potentially assist with summer programs, school outreach, and administrative tasks.

• Experience engaging with school-aged children (grades 4-12).

• Commitment to service and a positive demeanor.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet usage.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
