Clubhouse Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clubhouse Bartender to join our team at Bellerive Country Club. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Provide Excellent Service: Deliver exceptional dining experiences through menu knowledge and the ability to answer all member/guest questions related to food and beverage.
• Stock and Maintain the Bar: Stock and organize all beverages, glassware, and drink garnishes daily, ensuring the freshness of all products by following FIFO rules.
• Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Gather accurate member club numbers, or credit card payments from guests for billing purposes.
• Assist with Events: Work seamlessly with the Beverage Manager to expand all beverage service opportunities while maintaining a clean and presentable bar.
• Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the bar area is clean and well-maintained, adhering to the Club standards and culture.

• Experience and Certification: Must have two (2) years or more experience in bartending and hold alcohol beverage and food safety certification.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess high-level professionalism and interpersonal skills to communicate and work well with employees at all levels within the organization.
• Physical Demands: Ability to transport fifty (50) pounds in potentially hot, humid, and noisy environments.
