The selected individual will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, handling cash transactions, and accessing valuable items. A background check is required for this role to safeguard the business, operations, and the safety of customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure High Levels of Customer Satisfaction through excellent sales service and a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers in determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build Productive Trust Relationships with wholesale and retail customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals by providing exceptional customer service and promoting products effectively.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas to ensure efficient operations.
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with deliveries and maintain in-stock areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Knowledgeable on Products and discuss options with customers to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship.
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Previous experience selling paint and operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.
