Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is USD $35.00 - USD $43.00/Hr.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
  • Document findings accurately and timely on standardized evaluation forms.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear long-term and short-term goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with physicians regarding patient progress and needs.
  • Administer treatments and modify them as necessary while adhering to precautions.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree from an accredited university in Occupational Therapy recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
  • Recognized by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) as a designated OTR, if state-mandated.
  • An active license or registration as an Occupational Therapist within the state, where applicable.
