Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team at The GEO Group, Inc. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing case management services to Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants, ensuring their successful integration into the community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized case management plans for ISAP participants, ensuring compliance with program requirements and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with participants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with community resources, including transportation, medical, and social services, to connect participants with necessary support.
- Monitor participant compliance with electronic monitoring program and report any violations in a timely manner.
- Provide emergency counseling and support to participants as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete case records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with program requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sociology, psychology, or social work.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, case management, or a related field.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
- United States citizenship required.
This position requires regular travel to participant homes and community locations, as well as occasional work in a typical office environment.
