Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the go-to-market of Crossmint in Japan and potentially in South Korea and other Asian countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, partnerships, or management consulting, with excellent communication skills in Japanese and English. Korean is a nice-to-have, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for Japan and other Asian regions.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise customers and start-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
  • Understand the specific needs of enterprise clients and propose solutions that meet those needs.
  • Execute enterprise sales end-to-end, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
  • Develop and execute growth-hacks and local marketing campaigns to drive regional brand awareness.
  • Be a domain expert: know the market, regulations, competitors, and clients.
  • Represent Crossmint in the region, understanding the product in detail and working with other departments to achieve sales goals and translate regional feedback.

About You

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or management consulting.
  • Sales instinct: be able to motivate teams about your vision and convince prospective clients to use our products.
  • Creativity and vision: be good at predicting where the world is going.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Past experience as a founder.
  • Past experience working on developer products or infrastructure.
  • Past experience working in blockchain, crypto, and NFTs.
  • Past experience doing enterprise sales.
