Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Teacher at KinderCare Education, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently
