Job Title: Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide clinical services and communication with patients, families, and other professionals/service providers in the medical community.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Perform and interpret results of Videofluoroscopic swallow studies and fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or be in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) with supervision by a CCC-SLP.
  • Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or holding an interim permit.
  • Current BLS Certification required.
  • Previous experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred.
