Job Summary

Avantic Lodging Enterprises is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, increasing revenue and enhancing the guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service standards.
Working Conditions

The Server will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent interactions with guests and colleagues. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moving quickly and efficiently around the dining area.
