Salary and Benefits

Our competitive hourly wage is $8.50 per hour, plus tips, making your average salary around $10-$12 per hour. In addition to this, you will be eligible for flexible scheduling, pay advances through PayActiv, meal discounts (70% while working, 50% when not), free uniform t-shirt, referral bonuses, rapid advancement opportunities, and all insurance benefits and 401(k) retirement after minimum service and average hours are satisfied.

Job Description

As a Team Member at Toppers Pizza, you will be responsible for answering phones, taking orders, and entering them into our computerized POS system. You will also prepare ingredients, follow recipes to prepare orders according to customer specifications, work as a team to complete daily duties, maintain kitchen and store cleanliness by complying with food sanitation requirements, and accurately use the POS System, process cash, and/or credit card transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be legally eligible to work in the United States, at least 16 years old, physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation, and have reliable transportation. While restaurant food service or retail store experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with cash-handling skills and a willingness to learn.
