The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote and make a meaningful impact in the global employment landscape as a Director of Product within our Product team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our organization and creating opportunities for millions worldwide.

As the Director of Product at Remote, you will lead a team of product managers and drive our product strategy in key areas. You will elevate our vision and product management practices by nurturing a team of talented individuals dedicated to impactful work.

Qualifications
  • Significant experience in product management, preferably within a high-growth fintech environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing product management teams.
  • Experience in the Billing or Payments sector.
  • Strong judgment in making strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve specific results by guiding product direction.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior leadership.
  • A keen sense of design and user experience.
  • A passion for creating functional products that solve complex problems.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
  • Guide Remote's direction by establishing a shared vision for your product area.
  • Incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights to set ambitious, measurable objectives for your team's success.
  • Lead a team of product managers to achieve our collective strategy and goals.
  • Attract and cultivate a diverse and talented product team that drives results in critical business areas.
  • Communicate and promote the product, roadmap, and process changes both internally and externally.

Compensation Philosophy

Remote's Total Rewards philosophy aims to ensure equitable, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits across all locations. We are committed to fair pay practices and aspire to inspire other companies to embrace global talent acquisition.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $151,350 USD to $255,400 USD. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and may span multiple career levels. The actual base pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including location, relevant skills, experience, and market demands. Please note that salary ranges are subject to change.
