Direct Support Professional 3

Bridgewell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 3 to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live safe, self-directed, and productive lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skills training and support in activities of daily living, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to enhance the skills and abilities of individuals, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support, adhering to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
- Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities, promoting socialization and community integration.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Bridgewell procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or DSP certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and minimum 1 year of driving experience.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft products and web-based applications.
