About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Endocrinologist to join our team at our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in general endocrinology and be comfortable with full-spectrum endocrine medicine. The role involves working with a team of physicians and nurse practitioners, recruiting for additional staff members, and providing patient care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with 5 physicians and 2 NPs, with opportunities to recruit additional NPs.
- Provide general endocrinology care, covering the full spectrum of endocrine medicine.
- Manage patient cases, with a varying number of patients per day.
- Work Monday through Friday, with flexible hours based on patient needs.
- Participate in weekend call, both inpatient and outpatient, with reduced outpatient responsibilities when on inpatient call.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Medical Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited program.
- Completion of an approved residency and fellowship program in internal medicine and endocrinology.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility by the American Board of Internal Medicine/Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism.
- Current medical licensure.
