Program Highlights:
CHRISTUS offers a comprehensive year-long developmental and onboarding program designed to equip newly licensed registered nurses with the essential skills and confidence needed to deliver high-quality patient care. This program includes:

Orientation and Support:
Each new graduate will participate in an extensive orientation and will be paired with a dedicated preceptor. Your preceptor will:

Qualifications:
To be considered for this program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
