Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at Donuts of Rutland. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding our Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and execute operational Brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop Crew Members to achieve operational excellence and deliver a great guest experience
  • Set goals and provide job assignments to motivate and engage team members
  • Provide timely feedback and celebrate successes
  • Meet safety and sanitation standards
  • Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Reliable transportation
