Come and make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation department, providing expert care and support to individuals with severe to profound disabilities.

Job Summary: As a Speech Language Pathologist at Crystal Springs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills, addressing areas such as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), dysphagia, and hearing impairment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide speech-language therapy sessions to individuals with diverse abilities, utilizing evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports, ensuring continuity of care

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competency and licensure to practice in {lang_code}
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with severe to profound disabilities
