About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist to join our team as a Lead Radiology Tech Weekend Nights at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing operating room needs, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee staff and manage operating room needs to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Work with radiology supervisors to address staffing, morale, and work method issues.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures to prevent complications and report incidents to supervisors.
  • Report daily to supervisors on needs and follow up with second shift supervisors.
  • Embody the principles of Methodist Excellence.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital OR setting.
  • Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification from Texas Medical Board.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification within 60 months of employment.
