Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team. As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision, coordination, and continuity to assigned crews, ensuring work performance meets quality, budget, and safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise assigned personnel, equipment, material, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient work execution.
  • Develop and implement work plans, schedules, and quality control measures to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Division Operations Managers to coordinate logistics, equipment, and personnel resources.
  • Initiate corrective action for unsatisfactory performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of job progress, including service receipts and job logs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the industry, preferably with a background in environmental or industrial cleaning services.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in primary service line.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
