Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance online
  • Perform test drives and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
  • Undertake comprehensive automotive troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, including providing time estimates for further repairs
  • Carry out warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

  • ASE Certification (Preferred)
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening and background check
  • Must possess a clean and valid driver's license
