Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance online
- Perform test drives and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
- Undertake comprehensive automotive troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, including providing time estimates for further repairs
- Carry out warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
- ASE Certification (Preferred)
- Strong collaborative skills
- Willingness to undergo a drug screening and background check
- Must possess a clean and valid driver's license
