Job Description

As a Building Maintenance Professional at Madison Honda, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our dealership by performing a variety of manual tasks and duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Interior and exterior cleaning, including landscaping and grounds maintenance
  • Maintaining all types of flooring and stairways
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, and common areas
  • Operating cleaning equipment and maintaining inventory of supplies
  • Collection of litter and debris, and other tasks as assigned
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Project cleaning, including wood care, floor care, carpet care, and upholstery care
  • Routine servicing of cleaning equipment and installation of dispensers and hardware
  • Basic repairs to furniture and property, including paint touch-up and drywall repair
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Work-related experience in one or more of the above areas
  • Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and problem-solving skills
  • Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities
