POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items. Your duties will include:
  • Preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to established recipes.
  • Operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
  • Testing food for quality and ensuring it meets presentation standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing and disinfecting tools and equipment.
  • Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately.
  • Providing assistance in food and beverage areas, including cleaning and resetting tables.

Additionally, you will be expected to:

  • Count cash at the end of your shift and complete necessary reports.
  • Follow all safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Develop positive working relationships with team members and support common goals.

This role requires standing, walking, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds. You will be part of a dynamic team that values quality and guest satisfaction.
