Job Summary

We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead our project teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a strong background in construction management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and update project schedules weekly, incorporating changes and delays, and identify schedule slides for correction.
  • Evaluate project compliance with specifications, local codes, and techniques.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and staff team members to share relevant project information.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, supplies, and vendors to meet project requirements.
  • Effectively manage the construction budget to complete projects on or under budget.
  • Organize field offices and create/project documentation, including daily/weekly reports, safety checklists, meeting minutes, as-built drawings, submittals, test reports, and other necessary documents.
  • Pursue additional work through change orders.
  • Evaluate contractual scope of work and impact of client-issued items, field mandates, and/or schedule adjustments.
  • Travel based on assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in construction/management or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Certification in 30-hour OSHA construction course.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to maintain organization and plan project processes.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
