ABA Therapist Position

We are seeking an experienced ABA therapist to join our team at Roman Empire ABA Agency, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.

About the Job:

  • Provide evidence-based ABA therapy services to clients in their homes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other professionals.
  • Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field.
  • RBT certification (a plus).
  • Previous experience working with ABA and autism (desired).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid insurance for travel throughout the service area.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: up to $28.00 per hour.
