Key Responsibilities

  • Assist elderly clients or those recovering from medical procedures with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Ensure clients adhere to their medication schedules by providing timely reminders.
  • Support clients with mobility, whether inside the home or during outings, such as medical appointments or leisurely walks.
  • Help with personal care and hygiene needs.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' preferences.
  • Facilitate shopping for clients or accompany them during their shopping trips.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Report any unusual occurrences and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
  • Engage clients in essential daily activities, including meal assistance and companionship.
  • Provide transportation for clients to appointments or errands as required.

Qualifications

  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one environment and have a desire to learn and grow in the caregiving field.
