Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team at International Shoppes, LLC. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling Estee Lauder merchandise, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service: Greet clients, engage them to understand their needs, and assist with finding merchandise and recommending additional products.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in Estee Lauder products, including make-up, skincare, and fragrances, and describe the benefits and results to clients.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report any issues to management, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adaptability: Be flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to changing sales and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Proven knowledge and selling experience with cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances, with a minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, verbal communication, and assertiveness, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Language: Bi-lingual skills a plus, with proficiency in Arabic, Chinese, French, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, or Turkish.
